        – 10 PVC Dislocates
        – 10 Walking Lunge Steps

Skills:
        – Basic footwork drill: Jumping /Landing
        – Coach B Snatch Progression

WOD:
     Snatch Pull: 3 reps @ 85%, 3 reps @ 90%, 2 Reps @ 95%

     Snatch: 3 sets of 2 reps @ 60-70%, then 3 “heavy” singles
